4R模式随访护理对扩张型心肌病患者的影响

Impact of 4R Model Follow-up Nursing Care on Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨4R模式随访护理对扩张型心肌病患者的影响。方法:选取2019年7月—2021年6月广西医科大学第一附属医院行左西孟旦治疗的扩张型心肌病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用传统随访模式,试验组实施4R模式随访护理。比较两组患者生活质量调查核心量表评分、心功能指标水平。结果:随访后,试验组患者功能、总体健康状况评分高于随访前及对照组,试验组患者症状、单项条目评分低于随访前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访后,试验组患者心排血量、左室舒张期容积低于随访前及对照组,射血分数高于随访前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访前后试验组患者左室短轴缩短率、每搏输出量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:4R模式随访护理模式对扩张型心肌病患者的生活质量及心脏收缩功能有一定的改善作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of 4R model follow-up nursing on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:Eighty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who underwent levosimendan treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 40 cases,using the randomized numerical table method.The control group used the traditional follow-up mode,and the experimental group implemented the 4R mode of follow-up care.Comparison of the two groups of patients'quality of life survey core scale scores,cardiac function index levels.Results:After follow-up,the function and general health status scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the pre-follow-up and control groups,and the symptom and single entries scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the pre-follow-up and control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After follow-up,cardiac output and left ventricular diastolic volume of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the pre-follow-up and control groups,and ejection fraction was higher than those in the pre-follow-up and control groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparison of left ventricular short-axis shortening rate and output per beat of patients in the experimental group before and after follow-up,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:4R mode follow-up nursing model has a certain improvement effect on the quality of life and cardiac contractile function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
