早期护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者康复效果的影响

Influence of Early Nursing Care on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:明确早期护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月开阳县人民医院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例为研究对象,依照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期护理干预。比较两组疼痛评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果:护理后,两组患者视觉模拟评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048);护理后,观察组患者社会功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能及生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施早期护理,可减轻疼痛,减少并发症,改善患者的生活质量,促进康复。

Objective:Toclarify the influence of early nursing on the rehabilitation ffeet of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Kaiyang County People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty cases.The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group implemented early nursing intervention.The pain score,complication rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the visual analog scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048)Afer care,the social function,somatic pain,physiological function and physiological function scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was stistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of early nursing care in patients with postherpetic neuralgia can reduce pain,minimize complications,improve patients'quality oflife,and promote recovery.
