从痰论治癫痫的研究进展

Research Progress in Treating Epilepsy from Phlegm Theory

癫痫主要特征为意识丧失、肢体强直、四肢抽搐、口吐涎沫、两目上视或口中怪叫等,各个年龄段人群均可发病。中医普遍认为癫痫的主要病机为痰浊阻滞、气机逆乱、风阳内动。中医药治疗癫痫方法多样,疗效显著且不良反应小,能够缓解不同类型的癫痫发作。该文检索了中医药治疗癫痫的从痰论治文献,简要总结了痫病的从痰论治理论以及临床应用,同时整理了现代药理研究中有关从痰论治癫痫的研究成果。希望该研究能够为中医药治疗癫痫提供帮助。

The main features of epilepsy are loss of consciousness,rigidity of limbs,twitching of limbs,spitting,looking up with both eyes or screaming in the mouth,etc.People of all ages can be affected.Traditional Chinese medicine generally believes that the main pathogenesis of epilepsy is stagnation of phlegm turbidity,inversion of qi movement,and internal movement of wind and yang.Traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of methods for treating epilepsy,with significant curative effect and less adverse reactions,and can relieve different types of epileptic seizures.This paper retrieved the literature on the treatment of epilepsy based on phlegm theory with traditional Chinese medicine,briefly summarized the theory and clinical application of epilepsy based on phlegm theory,and sorted out the research results of modern pharmacological research on epilepsy based on phlegm theory.It is hoped that this research can provide help for the treatment of epilepsy with traditional Chinese medicine.
