球拍状胎盘产前应用超声诊断探讨

Discussion on Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis for Battledore Placenta

目的研究分析球拍状胎盘产前应用超声诊断的临床价值。方法选择2019年8月-2022年8月本院收治的疑似球拍状胎盘孕妇76例进行研究,产前均给予超声诊断,以术后及产后结果为准,计算超声诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度。结果76例孕妇术后及产后结果显示,球拍状胎盘者50例,帆状胎盘者26例;产前超声诊断球拍状胎盘者51例,帆状胎盘者25例,诊断符合率为96.05%(73/76),灵敏度为98.00%(49/50),特异度为92.31%(24/26)。结论产前超声诊断球拍状胎盘的价值非常高,可为临床诊治提供可靠的参考依据。

Objective To study and analyze clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of battledore placenta.Methods The paper chose 76 pregnant women with suspected battledore placenta admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022,treated with ultrasound diagnosis before delivery.With basis of postoperative and postpartum results accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound diagnosis was calculated.Results Postoperative and postpartum result of 76 pregnant women showed,there were 50 cases of battledore placenta and 26 cases of velamentous placenta;51 cases were diagnosed with battledore placenta and 25 cases with velamentous placenta by prenatal ultrasound,with diagnostic accuracy rate of 96.05%(73/76),sensitivity of 98.00%(49/50)and specificity of 92.31%(24/26).Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can achieve high value in diagnosing placental ball shape,can provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
