血液透析和血液透析滤过对慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者体内毒素清除效果的比较

Comparison of Toxin Clearance Effect between Hemodialysis and Hemodiafiltration for Uremic Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的分别使用血液透析、血液透析滤过两种方法,对慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者进行治疗,并对比体内毒素的清除效果。方法择取2019年11月-2021年11月就诊的慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者50例,根据治疗方式的区别将其分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组行血液透析滤过治疗;观察组行血液透析治疗。比较组间的体内毒素清除效果、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果和治疗前相比,治疗后两组的毒素水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的血磷、甲状旁腺激素、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C的水平更低,对照组的血β2微球蛋白水平更低(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率更高,不良反应总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论血液透析治疗在血磷、甲状旁腺激素、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C毒素清除中的效果更好,血液透析滤过治疗在血β2微球蛋白毒素清除中的效果更好。

Objective To compare effect of toxin clearance in body of uremic patients with chronic renal failure with two methods of hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with chronic renal failure and uremia fom November 2019 to November 2021,and according to difference in treatment methods,divided them into 25 cases in control group,treated with hemodialysis filtration treatment,25 cases in observation group with hemodialysis treatment.Toxin clearance effect,treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between groups.Results Levels of toxins in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,(P<0.05),levels of blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and cysteine protease inhibitor C in observation group were lower than control group,β2 microglobulin level was lower(P<0.05).Total effective rate of treatment was higher and total incidence of adverse reactions was lower in observation group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis can achieve better effect in removing blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and cysteine protease inhibitor C toxin,while hemodiafiltration can achieve better effect in removing bloodβ2 microglobulin toxin.
