耳穴压豆联合司唑仑片治疗脊柱骨科患者围手术期失眠的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ear Point Bean Pressing Combined with Estazolam Tablets on Perioperative Insomnia of Spinal Orthopedic Patients

目的研究脊柱骨科患者围手术期失眠使用耳穴压豆联合司唑仑片治疗的综合疗效及其安全性。 方法选取2020年2月-2021年12月符合纳入标准的100例脊柱骨科患者为研究对象,采用掷硬币分组法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例,前者采取西医司唑仑片治疗,后者采用耳穴压豆联合司唑仑片治疗,综合分析两组患者失眠改善效果以及失眠指标参数。结果在睡眠指标参数方面,观察组优于对照组;在治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)方面,观察组小于对照组;失眠综合治疗效果方面,观察组高于对照组;观察组在服务满意度评分方面高于对照组,上述不同指标参数经统计学软件分析均显示有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应与对照组差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脊柱骨科患者围手术期失眠患者实施耳穴压豆联合司唑仑片治疗,可改善睡眠指标,提升睡眠质量,为患者的手术进行奠定基础,有应用价值。

Objective To study comprehensive effect and safety of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with Estazolam tablets in treatment of perioperative insomnia of spinal orthopedic patients.Methods The paper chose 100 spinal orthopedic patients met inclusion and exclusion criteria from February 2020 to December 2021 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group with coin toss grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The former was treated with Western medicine Estazolam tablets,while the latter with ear point bean pressing combined with Estazolam tablets.Improvement effect of insomnia and insomnia index parameters between two groups were comprehensively analyzed.Results Sleep index parameters of observation group were better than control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)after treatment of observation group was less than control group.Comprehensive treatment effect for insomnia of observation group was higher than control group.Service satisfaction scores in observation group wsa higher than control group,above different indicator parameters were statistically significant based on statistical software analysis(P<0.05).Difference in adverse reactions between observation group and control group during treatment was relatively little,(P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Combination of ear acupoint pressing and Estazolam tablets can improve sleep indicators,sleep quality and lay foundation for patients with perioperative insomnia in spinal orthopedics,which has application value.
