电针夹脊穴辅助治疗带状疱疹的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation on Electroacupuncture at Jiaji Point as Auxiliary Treatment for Herpes Zoster

目的研究电针夹脊穴辅助治疗带状疱疹的应用效果。方法从本院2021年6月-2022年6月选择80例带状疱疹患者,采用随机信封分组法将其划分为西医、联合二组,每组40例。西医组给予常规西药治疗,联合组给予西药联合电针夹脊穴治疗,并对两组患者的中医证候积分、睡眠质量、生活质量、临床效果进行比较。结果与西医组相比,联合组治疗后的中医证候评分、睡眠质量评分均更低,且生活质量与临床效果均更高,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论带状疱疹患者采取西药联合电针夹脊穴治疗,能够缓解患者周围皮肤疼痛、瘙痒等临床症状,提高患者生活质量及临床治疗效果,临床上值得推广。

Objective To observe application effect of electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji as auxiliary treatment for herpes zoster.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with herpes zoster in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly:Western medicine and combination therapy,with 40 cases in each group.Western medicine group was treated with routine Western medicine,while combined group with Western medicine combined with electroacupuncture at at Huatuojiaji.TCM syndrome scores,sleep quality,life quality and clinical effect between two groups were compared.Results Combined group had lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and sleep quality and higher life quality and clinical outcomes than Western medicine group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine treatment combined with electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji can alleviate clinical symptoms of skin pain and itching,improve life quality and clinical treatment effect of herpes zoster patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
