补中益气汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病对胃肠激素的影响

Effect of Tonifying Middle-Jiao and Qi Decoction Combined with Omeprazole on Gastrointestinal Hormones for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的探讨补中益气汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)对胃肠激素的影响。方法将2019年1月-2021年12月在本院诊治的144例GERD患者当作研究对象,以随机方式把患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各72例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑+补中益气汤治疗,两组都治疗观察1个月。结果治疗后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.6%和86.1%,观察组的疗效比对照组明显要好(P<0.05)。经过治疗,在食管黏膜分级方面,观察组比对照组好得多(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃泌素与胃动素都明显地比治疗前高(P<0.05),且比对照组高得多(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的复发率分别为1.4%(1/72)和9.7%(7/72),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合奥美拉唑治疗GERD能促进胃动素与胃泌素的分泌,减轻食管黏膜症状,提高治疗效果与降低复发率,有很好的应用效果。

Objective To explore effect of tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi decoction combined with omeprazole on gastrointestinal hormones in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods With randomized and controlled clinical trial method,the paper chose 144 GERD patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021as study objects,and divided them into two groups randomly,control group and observation group,with 72 cases in both groups.Control group was treated with omeprazole,while observation group with omeprazole+tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi decoction.Both groups were treated and observed for one month.Results After treatment,total effective rates of observation group and control group were 98.6%and 86.1%respectively.Curative effect of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,observation group showed much better esophageal mucosal grading than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Gastrin and motilin in observation group was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),after treatment,that of observation group was much higher than control group(P<0.05).Recurrence rates of observation group and control group were 1.4%(1/72)and 9.7%(7/72)respectively,that of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi decoction combined with omeprazole can promote secretion of motilin and Gastrin,alleviate symptoms of esophageal mucosa,improve treatment effect and reduce recurrence rate in treatment of GERD,which has good application effect.
