高频超声对距腓前韧带损伤的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in Anterior Talofibular Ligament Injury

目的 对距腓前韧带损伤诊断中高频超声的使用价值进行讨论、分析。方法 以2021年6月-2023年2月本院30例疑似距腓前韧带损伤患者为研究对象,使用高频超声对患者进行临床诊断。以MRI影像结果为诊断“金标准”,计算高频超声诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度,与MRI结果进行统计学对比。结果 距腓前韧带损伤临床诊断中高频超声的诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度与MRI结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 距腓前韧带损伤通过高频超声可以进行准确的诊断,对于不同损伤类型(挫伤、部分撕裂伤、完全撕裂伤)可区分,诊断价值高,可为疾病的治疗方案制定提供可靠、丰富的影像学资料。

Objective To discuss and analyze the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of anterior talonfibular ligament injury.Methods A total of 30 patients suspected of anterior talofibular ligament injury in our hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.High-frequency ultrasound was used for clinical diagnosis.With MRI image results as the diagnostic"gold standard",the diagnosis coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of highfrequency ultrasound were calculated and statistically compared with MRI results.Results In the clinical diagnosis of anterior talonfibular ligament injury,the diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of high-frequency ultrasound were similar to that of MRI,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The anterior talofibular ligament injury can be accurately diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound,which can distinguish different injury types(contusion,partial laceration,complete laceration).It has high diagnostic value,and can provide reliable and abundant imaging data for the development of the treatment plan of the disease.
