新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间护生实习前新冠认知及心理健康状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Cognition and Mental Health Status of Nursing Students in COVID-19 before Practice in Novel Coronavirus during Epidemic Situation

目的 调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间护生实习前的新冠认知和心理健康状况,分析其影响因素,为改善疫情期间实习前护生的心理状况提出针对性的措施。方法 采用便利抽样法选取云南某医学院609名实习前护生为研究对象,在2022年6月10日-6月12日进行问卷调查,面对面现场发放一般资料问卷、“新冠肺炎”心态问卷、一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)。结果 心理健康状况阳性率为15.82%,其中,性别、文化程度、实习医院类型等均是影响实习前护生心理状况的影响因素。结论 实习前护生对新型冠状病毒肺炎认知较全面,但突发疫情仍会影响实习前护生心理健康状态,建议学校对实习前护生提供有效的心理干预,促进实习前护生的心理健康,为实习前护生护理教育提供参考。

Objective To investigate the cognitive and mental health status of COVID-19 of nursing students before practice during the epidemic period in novel coronavirus,analyze its influencing factors,and put forward targeted measures to improve the psychological status of nursing students before practice during the epidemic period.Methods 609 pre-practice nursing students from a medical college in Yunnan were selected by convenience sampling method,and a questionnaire survey was conducted from June 10 to June 12,2022.The general information questionnaire,"COVID-19"mentality questionnaire and general health questionnaire(GHQ-12)were distributed face to face.Results The positive rate of mental health status was 15.82%.Among them,gender,education level,and the type of internship hospital were all influencing factors on the psychological status of nursing students before internship.Conclusion Pre-practice nursing students have a comprehensive understanding of COVID-19,but the sudden epidemic situation will still affect the mental health status of pre-practice nursing students,suggesting that schools should provide effective psychological intervention for pre-practice nursing students,promote their mental health,and provide reference for pre-practice nursing education.
