邢台市某三甲医院2017-2021年血液报废情况回顾分析

摘要 目的 回顾分析某三甲医院血液报废情况原因,以降低血液报废量。方法 汇总2017年1月1日-2021年12月31日近五年科室质控记录中血液报废数据,并用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果 2017-2021年某院入库血液合计174837袋,报废1011袋,报废率为0.57%,五年间血液报废量呈下降趋势(χ^(2)=11.247,P<0.05);血液类型前三位血浆类入库69464袋,报废672袋,报废率0.97%;红细胞类入库70421袋,报废283袋,报废率0.40%;冷沉淀入库22653袋,报废52袋,报废率0.02%,各类型血液报废量有显著性差异(χ^(2)=246.673,P<0.05);报废原因前三位为破损376袋,占比37.19%;发出后未用276袋,占比27.30%;过期未用241袋,占比23.84%。结论 成分血液报废类型、数量和原因存在显著差异,应加强环节各管理,采取有效措施以减少血液报废量。 Objective To study the situation of blood scrapping in a third grade a hospital and analyze the reasons so as to reduce the amount of blood scrapping.Methods The blood scrap data in the quality control records of department in recent five years were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2021,174,837 bags of blood were put into storage in a hospital,and 1011 bags were discarded,with a rejection rate of 0.57%.69464 bags of plasma were put into storage in the first three types of blood,and 672 bags were discarded,with a rejection rate of 0.97%.70,421 bags of red blood cells were stored and 283 bags were discarded,with a discard rate of 0.40%.22653 bags of cryoprecipitate were put into storage,and 52 bags were discarded,with a discard rate of 0.02%.The top three reasons for scrap were damaged 376 bags,accounting for 37.19%;276 bags were not used after being issued,accounting for 27.30%;Expired 241 bags,accounting for 23.84%.Conclusion There are significant differences in the types,quantity and causes of scrap of component blood.It is necessary to strengthen the management of each link and take effective measu res to reduce the scrap of blood.
