惠阳区2345例阴道炎患者阴道分泌物检验结果分析

Analysis of Vaginal Secretion Test results of 2345 Patients with Vaginitis in Huiyang District

目的 通过对惠阳区来我院就诊的阴道炎患者其阴道分泌物的常规检验研究,推测该区阴道炎总体发病规律,为临床治疗及社区宣讲提供指导。方法 选取本院2020年确诊为阴道炎的2345例患者为研究对象,取其阴道分泌物进行白带常规和细菌性阴道炎(BV)检验分析。结果 339例细菌性阴道炎患者31~50岁区间占比最高(48.38%),夏季为高发季节(31.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。患者的白带常规检验结果中,阴道清洁度I度(1.47%),Ⅱ度(17.70%),Ⅲ度(62.54%),Ⅳ度(18.29%)。1907例念珠菌性阴道炎患者20~30岁区间发病率最高(49.82%),秋季发病率为33.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),Ⅲ度占50.71%,Ⅳ度则占27.89%。99例滴虫性阴道炎患者中31~50岁发病率最高(55.56%),与其他年龄段差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),Ⅲ度占49.50%,Ⅳ度则占42.42%。结论 细菌性阴道炎分布规律与其他地区类似,但念珠菌性阴道炎患者年龄区间主要分布在20~30岁,且高发季节为秋季,滴虫性阴道炎患者主要分布在31~50岁区间,社区及医院应加强对这部分女性的宣讲教育,从而降低该地区发病率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective to speculate the general incidence of vaginitis in Huiyang District,and provide guidance for clinical treatment and community publicity.Methods 2345 patients with vaginitis diagnosed in our hospital in 2020 were selected as the research object,and their vaginal secretions were taken for routine leucorrhea and bacterial vaginitis(BV)test and analysis.Results 339 patients with bacterial vaginitis aged from 31 to 50 years accounted for the highest proportion(48.38%),and summer was the high incidence season(31.86%).The results were statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of routine examination of leucorrhea showed that the cleanliness of vagina was I(1.47%),Ⅱ(17.70%),Ⅲ(62.54%)andⅣ(18.29%).The incidence rate of Candida vaginitis in 20~30 cases was the highest in 49.82%cases(49.82%),and the incidence rate in autumn was 33.98%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),the third grade was 50.71%,and the fourth degree was 27.89%.The incidence rate of trichomonas vaginitis in 31~50 of the 99 cases was the highest(55.56%),which was significantly different fro m that of other age groups(P<0.001),and the third grade was 49.50%,while the fourth degree was 42.42%.Conclusion The distribution rule of bacterial vaginitis is similar to that in other areas.However,the age range of Candida vaginitis is mainly distributed in 20~30 years old,and the high season is autumn.The patients with Trichomonas vaginitis are mainly distributed in the 31~50 year old range.Community and hospitals should strengthen the propaganda and education for this part of women,thereby reducing the incidence rate and improving the quality of life o f the patients.
