基于Python语言分析CNKI中的含龙眼肉方剂用药规律研究

摘要 目的 基于Python语言,运用数据挖掘的方法探析含龙眼肉方剂在临床应用的用药规律。方法 在中文全文数据库(CNKI)中进行精确检索,检索式为使用主题检索(“龙眼肉”or“龙眼”or“桂圆”or“桂圆肉”)and“临床”,将2000年1月-2022年1月期间在CNKI发表的临床研究、经验及医案进行汇总、筛选、录入,运用Python语言环境自带的Numpy、Pandas库对纳入的方剂进行数据挖掘研究,并对其结果用Wordcloud、Matplotlib库进行可视化分析。结果 检索出234篇论文,共有265首方剂纳入研究。其中含龙眼肉方剂的高频药物为黄芪、当归、白术、茯苓;药性多以温、平为主;药味以甘、苦为主;归经多归脾经、心经;药物功效以补益气血为主;其主治病证主要有心悸、不寐、眩晕、虚劳。265个方剂用药关联规则最强为黄芪+龙眼肉→白术,其中心悸方剂用药关联规则最强为酸枣仁→黄芪,酸枣仁+龙眼肉→黄芪,不寐方剂用药关联规则最强为酸枣仁→远志,酸枣仁→茯苓,眩晕方剂用药关联规则最强为白术+龙眼肉→黄芪,白术→黄芪,虚劳方剂用药关联规则最强为黄芪→白术,白术→黄芪。结论 利用科学的数据挖掘方法能够较直观的反应含龙眼肉方剂在现代临床应用中的用药规律,为临床合理应用提供参考和借鉴。 Objective Based on Python programming language and using the method of data mining,this paper analyzes the medication law of longan in clinical application.Methods Precise retrieval was carried out in Chinese full-text database(CNKI)using subject retrieval(“Logan arillus”or“Logan”or“Dried Longan Pulp”or“Longan Pulp”)and“clinical”.Clinical studies,experiences and medical cases published in CNKI from January 2000 to January 2022 were collected,screened and input.The numpy and pandas libraries of Python programming language environment are used to conduct data mining research on the included prescriptions,and the results are visually analyzed with Wordcloud and Matplotlib libraries.Results 234 papers were retrieved,and a total of 265 prescriptions were included in the study.Among them,the high-frequency drugs containing longan are Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos;Most of the drugs are mild and smooth;The medicine mainly tastes sweet and bitter;Returning to the spleen meridian and heart meridian;The drug efficacy is mainly to replenish qi and blood;Its main symptoms are palpitation,insomnia,dizziness and asthenia.The strongest association rules of 265 first prescriptions are Astragalus membranaceus+longan→Atractylodes macrocephala,among which the strongest association rules of palpitation prescriptions are sour jujube kernel→Astragalus membranaceus,sour jujube kernel+longan→Astragalus membranaceus,the strongest association rules of insomnia prescriptions are sour jujube kernel→Polygala tenuifolia,sour jujube kernel→Poria cocos,and the strongest association rules of dizziness prescriptions are Atractylodes macrocephala+longan→Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala→Astragalus membranaceus membranaceus,and the strongest association,Atractylodes macrocephala→Astragalus membranaceus.Conclusion The use of scientific data mining methods can intuitively reflect the medication law of longan meat containing prescriptions in modern clinical application,and provide reference for clinical rational application.
