持续质量改进不同护理模式对献血者不良反应的影响及满意度评价

Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement and Different Nursing Modes on Adverse Reactions of Blood Donors and Evaluation of Satisfaction

目的 分析持续质量改进护理模式对献血者不良反应以及满意度评价影响。方法 随机选取2021年1-12月广州血液中心接待的4000例献血者进行试验研究,按照献血者献血时间分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组应用持续质量改进护理模式,分析两组不同护理模式下献血者发生的不良反应(头晕、恶心呕吐、血肿、面色苍白、血压降低)、护理前后的焦虑评分以及献血者的满意度评价。结果 对照组献血者出现的不良反应为1.5%,观察组献血者发生的不良反应为0.5%,两组比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理后观察组献血者焦虑评分低于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组测评的满意度为96%,观察组献血者的满意度为98.25%,两组比较差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 应用持续质量护理模式可以有效减轻献血者献血后的不良反应,提升中心采血护士的采血服务,有助于提高献血者的满意度,有利于献血工作的顺利进行。

Objective To analyze the influence of continuous quality improvement nursing mode on adverse reactions and satisfaction evaluation of blood donors.Methods 4000 blood donors received by Guangzhou Blood Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected for experimental study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of blood donation.The control group used conventional nursing mode,and the observation group used continuous quality improvement nursing mode,the adverse reactions(dizziness,nausea and vomiting,hematoma,pallor,blood pressure reduction),anxiety scores before and after nursing and the satisfaction evaluation of blood donors in the two groups under different nursing modes were analyzed.Results The adverse reactions of blood donors in the control group were 1.5%,and those in the observation group were 0.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);After nursing,the anxiety scores of blood donors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the control group was 96%,and the satisfaction of the blood donors in the observation group was 98.25%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);Conclusion The application of continuous quality nursing mode can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of blood donors after blood donation,improve the blood collection service of blood collection nurses in blood stations,help to improve the satisfaction of blood donors,and help to carry out the blood donation work smoothly.
