早期系统化康复护理对急性脑梗死伴抑郁患者神经功能、心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Early Systematic Rehabilitation Nursing on Neurological Function,Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Depression

目的 对急性脑梗死伴抑郁患者给予早期系统化康复护理措施,探讨护理效果。方法 本研究选择南京市第一医院救治的急性脑梗死并伴发抑郁的患者126例纳入研究,将样本数据录入计算机后以随机数字表法分为两个组别,试验组(n=63例)、参照组(n=63例),其中给予参照组常规护理,试验组则在此基础上并行早期系统化康复护理,对比两组患者干预前后的神经功能、心理状态及生活质量。结果 干预之后,试验组病人NIHSS分数低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预之后,试验组病人SAS分数、SDS分数都比参照组低(P<0.05)。干预之后,试验组病人PSQI分数明显比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以早期系统化康复护理针对干预急性脑梗死伴发抑郁的病人,不仅可以促进病人神经功能的有效恢复,还能明显缓解病人不良情绪,优化其生活质量。

Objective To give early systematic rehabilitation nursing measures to th e person with acute cerebral infarction and depression,and explore the nursing effect.Methods A total of 126 patients with acute cerebral infarction and depression who received treatment in the emergency ward 120 of Nanjing First Hospital were enrolled in this study.The sample data were entered into the computer and divided into two groups by random number table method,named as:The patients in the experimental group(n=63)and the reference group(n=63)were given routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were given early systematic rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The neurological function,psychological state and quality of life of the patients before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was 8.69±2.06,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS score of the experimental group was,and the SDS score was,which were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PSQI score of the experimental group was,which was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with depression can not only promote the effective recovery of neurological function,but also obviously relieve the patients'bad emotions and optimize their quality of life.
