程序化护理在胸腔镜肺结节肺段切除术中的应用研究

Application of Programmed Nursing in Thoracoscopic Segmental Resection of Pulmonary Nodules

目的 分析胸腔镜肺结节肺段切除手术病患开展程序化护理的作用。方法 选择2020年2月-2022年2月本院收治的肺结节患者,共计70例,全部病患在进入医院后均使用胸腔镜实施肺段切除手术治疗。选择随机摸红蓝球分组方式,其中常规组(35例)摸蓝球,试验组(35例)摸红球,将常规护理应用于常规组,将常规护理以及程序化护理应用于试验组。针对每组患者各时期肺功能、生活质量得分以及并发症、满意度进行比较。结果 护理后MVV%、FVC%以及FEV1%水平均低于护理前,护理后试验组病患MVV%、FVC%以及FEV1%水平均高于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能以及精神健康得分均高于护理前,护理后试验组病患生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能以及精神健康得分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 胸腔镜肺结节肺段切除手术病患开展程序化护理,能够改善肺功能,提高生活质量以及满意度,发挥重要作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of programmed nursing on patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule and segmental resection.Methods A total of 70 patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis admitted to our hospital were selected.The study started in February 2020 and ended in February 2022.All patients were treated with thoracoscopic segmental pneumonectomy after entering the hospital.The grouping method was random touch red and blue balls,in which the conventional group(35 cases)touched blue balls and the experimental group(35 cases)touched red balls.Routine nursing was applied to patients in the conventional group,and routine nursing and programmed nursing were applied to patients in the experimental group.The pulmonary function,quality of life scores,complications and satisfaction of each group were compared.Results After nursing in the same group,MVV%,FVC%and FEV1%levels were lower than those before nursing.After nursing,MVV%,FVC%and FEV1%levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing in the same group,the scores of physical function,physical pain,emotional function and mental health were higher than those before nursing.After nursing,the scores of physical function,physical pain,emotional function and mental health of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Programmed nursing care for patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule segmental resection can improve lung function,improve quality of life and satisfaction,and play an important role.
