腕踝针中医护理技术对腰腿痛患者止痛的疗效分析

Analgesic Effect Analysis of Wrist Ankle Acupoint Acupuncture Techniques for Lumbocrural Pain Patients

目的 分析腕踝针中医护理技术在腰腿痛患者止痛的疗效。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月本院收治的60例腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,按随机抽样法分为两组,每组各30例,对照组采取常规治疗,实验组采取常规治疗+腕踝针中医护理技术干预。比较干预前后疼痛程度评分、腰椎功能评分(JOA)、膝关节评分(HSS)及生活质量评分(SF-36)变化情况。结果 干预前两组疼痛程度评分对比无差异(P>0.05),干预第2日至第5日实验组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组JOA、HSS评分对比无意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组两项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组SF-36评分对比无意义(P>0.05),干预后实验组生理、躯体、精神、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 腕踝针中医护理技术在腰腿痛患者止痛中的疗效显著,建议临床采纳。

Objective To analyze the analgesic effects of wrist ankle acupoint acupuncture techniques for lumbocrural pain patients.Methods 60 lumbocrural pain patients treated from January 2020 to January 2022 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random sampling method,30 cases of taking the routine therapy were included in the control group;30 cases of taking the routine therapy and wrist ankle acupoint acupuncture techniques were included in the experimental group.The pain degree,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),Heidke skill score(HSS)and The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores were compared.Results Before intervention,the pain scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after 2-5d of intervention,the pain scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);before intervention,JOA and HSS scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,JOA and HSS scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);before intervention,SF-36 scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,the physiological,physical,mental and general health scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The wrist ankle acupoint acupuncture techniques are clinically proven to be effective.
