基于人文关怀的磁性护理在甲状腺癌围术期护理中的应用

Application of Magnetic Nursing Based on Humanistic Care in Perioperative Nursing of Thyroid Cancer

目的 基于人文关怀的磁性护理在甲状腺癌围术期中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年2月-2021年2月在本院接受诊治的60例甲状腺癌患者,采用双盲法分为观察组与对照组,各30例,两组进行围术期常规护理,观察组在此基础实施基于人文关怀的磁性护理。观察两组依从性、心理、自我护理能力的变化,并对其住院情况及并发症发生进行记录。结果 干预后,观察组Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组正常进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺癌围术期给予基于人文关怀的磁性护理,不仅能提高患者依从性,减少消极情绪,还能增强自我护理能力,缩短住院时长,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of magnetic nursing based on humanistic care in perioperative period of thyroid cancer.Methods 60 thyroid cancer patients admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by double blind method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was additionally given magnetic nursing based on humanistic care.Changes in compliance,mental state and self-care ability of the two groups were observed.Hospitalization and complications were recorded.Results After intervention,the improvements of Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8(MMAS-8)scores,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The normal eating time,ambulation time and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying perioperative magnetic nursing based on humanistic care to patients with thyroid cancer can not only improve the patients’compliance and reduce negative emotions,but also enhance their self-care ability and shorten hospital stay,with high safety.
