基于“筋出槽,骨错缝”病机探析推拿治疗颈椎病的调衡作用

Discussion on the Balance Regulating Effect of Tuina for Cervical Spondylosis Based on the Pathogenesis of"Bone Dislocation,Tendons Out of Groove"

中医推拿在颈椎病的临床治疗中被广泛应用。基于“筋出槽,骨错缝”的发病机理,阐述“筋骨平衡”对维持颈椎“筋柔骨正”生理功能的重要作用。通过探讨颈椎筋骨系统的“骨张筋,筋束骨”作用受限和颈椎经筋软组织及骨骼生物力学异常改变的情况,综合分析推拿治疗颈椎病在“理筋”“微调骨”的调衡作用下恢复颈椎内源性稳定和外源性稳定、重塑筋骨平衡,以期为颈椎病的临床治疗和方案优化提供参考。

Tuina in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used in the clinical treatment of cervical spon-dylosis.Based on the pathogenesis that cervical spondylosis is caused by"tendon out of groove and bone dislocation",this paper elucidated the important role of"tendon and bone balance"in maintaining the physiological function of"tendon soft and bone positive"in the cervical spine.By exploring the limited function of"bones supporting tendons,and tendons constraining bone"in the cervical spine as well as the abnormal changes in soft tissue and bone biome-chanics,this study also analyzed the dominant advantages of tuina in restoring the endogenous and exogenous stability of the cervical spine under the effect of"regulating tendons"and"fine-tuning bones",reshaping the balance of tendons and bones,which can provide reference for the clinical practice and optimization of treatment plans for cervi-cal spondylosis.
