摘要
初任教师是高质量师资队伍建设的中坚力量,幸福感是实现教师队伍长效稳定的重要前提保障。文章认为,工作资源对小学初任教师幸福感起到显著的正向影响;工作重塑在工作资源与小学初任教师幸福感之间起着部分中介作用;心理资本调节了工作重塑在工作资源与小学初任教师幸福感间中介作用的路径。因此,学校应不断提供多样化的工作资源,满足初任教师的基本需求,促进小学初任教师幸福感的提升。
Beginning teachers are the backbone of constructing high quality teaching staff,and a sense of happiness is an important prerequisite for achieving long term stability of the teaching staff.The paper holds that work resources have a significant positive impact on the sense of happiness of new teachers in primary schools.Work reshaping plays a partial mediating role between work resources and the sense of happiness among primary school beginning teachers.Psychological capital regulates the mediating role of work reshaping between work resources and the happiness of primary school new teachers.Therefore,schools should continuously provide diverse work resources to meet the basic needs of new teachers and promote their sense of happiness.
