摘要 “职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划”是落实中国特色学徒制的一项创新实践。基于中国特色学徒制的政策指引和产业需求,通过系统提炼“专项培养计划”的设计流程,分析其内涵特征,汲取国内外学徒制探索中的经验与不足,探索中国特色学徒制视域下现场工程师专项培养计划的实践路径,包括构建“三师”结构教师共同体、探索“四阶”长学制贯通培养模式、完善多元共育政策激励机制等,为面向更多领域培育高素质、高层次技术技能人才提供研究参考。 The“special training plan for field engineers in vocational education”is an innovative practice to implement the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.Based on the policy guidance and industrial demand of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,this paper systematically refines the design process of the“special training plan”,analyzes its connotation and characteristics,draws on the experience and shortcomings of the exploration of the apprenticeship system at home and abroad,and explores the practice path of special training plan for the field engineer from the perspective of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,including building a teacher community with the structure of“three teachers”,exploring the“four level”long schooling running through training mode,and improving the incentive mechanism of the diversified co education policy,which provides research reference for cultivating high quality and high level technical talents in more fields.
