地方高校“重构等效”线上教学新范式实施策略研究

Research on the Implementation Strategy of the New Paradigm of“Reconstruction&Equivalence”Online Teaching in Local Colleges and Universities

线上教学具有不受地域限制、传播快、适用范围广的特点,已成为破解突发社会情况,保证各学校顺利进行教学活动最有效的途径之一。目前虽疫情好转,但传统教学方式已无法真正满足地方高校的教学需求,线上线下相结合的教学方式已经成为一种趋势。文章根据线上教学的特征,实现以教师和学生为主体的课堂“等效”及技术和学校为主体的管理“重构”,探究教学方式的理论意义与实践价值,反思线上教学对推动地方高校教育改革的意义,以提升人才质量培养。

Online teaching has the characteristics of being free from geographical restrictions,spreading quickly,and having a wide range of applications.It has become one of the most effective ways to solve sudden social situations and ensure the smooth implementation of teaching activities in various schools.Although the epidemic situation has improved,traditional teaching methods can no longer really meet the teaching needs of local colleges and universities,and the combination of online and offline teaching methods has become a trend.Based on the characteristics of online teaching,this article achieves classroom“equivalence”with teachers and students as the main body,and management“reconstruction”with technology and schools as the main body,explores the theoretical significance and practical value of teaching methods,reflects on the significance of online teaching to promoting education reform in local colleges and universities,so as to improve the cultivation of talent quality.
