摘要
“双减”政策的颁布与实施,在减轻义务教育阶段学生过重作业负担,满足学生多样化需求,缓解家长精神焦虑、经济压力,以及规范与遏制校外培训机构过度资本化运作等方面实现了一系列重大突破。为有效落实“双减”政策,教师要实现立场、观念、工作三重转变。而当今社会人才评价体系固化、教师激励机制与学校课后服务体系缺陷等问题对建设高质量教师队伍提出现实挑战,需从完善制度建设、更新评价体系、鼓励教师专业创新发展等方面探索应对路径,提高教师队伍质量。
The promulgation and implementation of the“double reduction”policy have achieved a series of major breakthroughs in reducing the heavy homework burden of students in compulsory education,meeting the diversified needs of students,alleviating the mental anxiety and economic pressure of parents,and standardizing and curbing the excessive capitalization of off campus training institutions.In order to effectively implement the“double reduction”policy,teachers should change their standpoint,ideas and work.In today’s society,problems such as the solidification of talent evaluation system,the defects of teachers’incentive mechanism and after school service system pose realistic challenges to the construction of high quality teaching staff.It is necessary to explore countermeasures from the aspects of improving system construction,updating the evaluation system,and encouraging innovation and development of teachers’specialty,so as to improve the quality of teaching staff.
