中等职业学校承担着培养一线技能型人才的重要任务,因此必须顺应时代发展需要。文章针对中职学生实际情况,善用大思政课感性情怀,使学生内化于心,外化于形;善用社会大课堂,推动实践课教学见成效;搭建大资源平台,加强思政教育资源建设;构建大师资体系,建设专兼结合的师资队伍;发挥载体功能,不断创新教育方式来满足社会对人才的要求。

Secondary vocational schools undertake the important task of cultivating frontline skill oriented talents,so they must comply with the needs of the times.Based on the actual situation of students in vocational schools,it’s necessary make good use of the emotional feelings of ideological and political courses,so that students can internalize in mind,externalize in form;make good use of the social classroom to promote the effectiveness of practical teaching;Build a large resource platform and strengthen the construction of ideological and political education resources;construct a large teacher system and build teaching staff that combines specialized and part time teachers;Give full play to the carrier function and continuously innovate educational methods to meet the demands of society for talents.
