甲状旁腺功能亢进症超声检查研究进展

Research Progress on Ultrasound Examination for Hyperparathyroidism

甲状旁腺功能亢进症是由于甲状旁腺腺体增生、发生腺瘤或腺癌时引起甲状旁腺激素合成和分泌过多,最终导致肾结石、高钙血症、骨代谢异常等一系列临床综合征。甲状旁腺腺体增生、发生腺瘤时均可通过超声检查发现,为临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。该文主要对甲状旁腺功能亢进症超声检查的意义、研究进展、与其他影像学检查方式比较等方面进行综述。

Hyperparathyroidism is caused by the excessive synthesis and secretion of parathyroid hormone due to parathyroid gland hyperplasia and adenoma or adenocarcinoma,eventually resulting in a series of clinical syndromes such as kidney stones,hy⁃percalcemia,and bone metabolic abnormalities.Parathyroid gland hyperplasia and adenoma can be detected by ultrasound exami⁃nation,which provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the significance and research progress of ultrasound examination for hyperparathyroidism,as well as the comparison with other imaging examination methods.
