人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的相关研究综述

Research Review of Total Hip Arthroplasty in Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Elderly

股骨颈骨折常发生于老年人,多由骨质疏松等因素致病。保守治疗时间较长,需让患者长期保持卧床休息,极易发生肺炎、压疮等并发症;采取手术治疗,可尽早下床活动,避免并发症发生。现今有多种手术方式均可应用在老年股骨颈骨折治疗中,但不同的治疗方法存在相应的优点和缺点,整体临床效果也存在显著差异,因此选取最优的手术方式成为现今研究热点内容。该文主要对人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果作一综述分析,为老年股骨颈骨折临床治疗提供重要参考依据。

The femoral neck fracture is common in the elderly,and is mostly caused by osteoporosis and other factors.Conservative treatment takes a long time,so patients need to stay in bed for a long time,which is very prone to pneumonia,pressure ulcers and other complications.Patients who take surgical treatment can get out of bed as soon as possible to avoid complications.Nowadays,there are many kinds of surgical methods that can be used in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly,but different treatment methods have corresponding advantages and disadvantages,and the overall clinical effect is also significantly different.Therefore,selecting the best surgical method has become a hot research topic at present.This article mainly reviews and analyzes the effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly,and provides an important reference for the clinical treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.
