胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗慢性胰腺炎伴胰腺外分泌不足的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Pancreatin Enteric-Coated Capsules in Treatment of Chronic Pancreatitis with Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency

目的:探究慢性胰腺炎伴胰腺外分泌不足患者应用胰酶肠溶胶囊的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2023年5月武威市第二人民医院收治的80例慢性胰腺炎伴胰腺外分泌不足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,各40例。参照组实施常规药物治疗,试验组实施常规药物联合胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、临床症状积分及粪便特征。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。治疗后,试验组腹部不适、嗳气、食欲不振及恶心症状积分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,试验组大便质量、粪便脂肪量、粪便含氮量小于参照组,排便频率均少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗慢性胰腺炎伴胰腺外分泌不足的临床效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,增强消化能力。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pancreatin enteric-coated capsules in patients with chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic exocrine insufficiency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic exocrine insufficiency admitted to Wuwei Second People′s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional drug treatment,and the experimental group received conventional drug combined with pancreatin enteric-coated capsules treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and fecal characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).After treatment,the scores of abdominal discomfort,belching,poor appetite and nausea in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the stool quality,fecal fat content and fecal nitrogen content in the experimental group were less than those in the reference group,and the frequency of bowel movements in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pancreatin enteric-coated capsules is significant in treatment of chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic exocrine insufficiency,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and enhance the digestive ability.
