儿童铁蛋白变化规律及铁蛋白与血常规的关系研究

Study on Ferritin Change Rule in Children and Relationship Between Ferritin and Blood Routine Test

目的:探讨铁蛋白(FER)随年龄的变化规律及血常规各项参数与FER的相关性。方法:选取2019年4月—2021年7月于南京市妇幼保健院进行健康体检的41例儿童,分别于3、6月龄以及1岁3个时间点进行血FER检测,汇总并分析检测结果。另选取2021年9—10月于南京市妇幼保健院健康体检的371例儿童,检测血常规及FER,汇总所有检测结果,用SPSS软件进行相关性分析。结果:3月龄时FER水平高于6月龄、1周岁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FER与血常规参数红细胞(RBC)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、血细胞比容(HCT)、血小板压积(PCT)水平存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童1周岁内血FER水平变化较大,儿童FER水平与RBC、MCV、MCH、HCT、PCT存在相关性。

Objective:To explore ferritin(FER)change rule along with the age and the correlation between blood routine test parameters and FER.Methods:A total of 41 children who underwent health check-ups in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2019 to July 2021 were selected,and blood FER tests were performed at three time points:3 months,6 months and 1 year of age,and the test results were summarized and analyzed.In addition,371 children who underwent health check-ups in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from September 2021 to October 2021 were selected,blood routine parameters and FER were tested,all test results were summarized,and correlation analysis was carried out with SPSS software.Results:The level of FER at 3 months of age was higher than that at 6 months and 1 year of age,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a correlation between FER and blood routine parameters:red blood cells(RBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular volume(MCH),hematocrit(HCT),and thrombocrit(PCT),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of FER in children within 1 years of age have a great change.There is a correlation between the levels of FER and RBC,MCV,MCH,HCT and PCT in children.
