集束化护理方案对重症肺炎患者的影响

Influence of Cluster Nursing Program in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的:探讨对重症肺炎患者实施集束化护理方案的效果。方法:选取2022年6—9月枝江市人民医院收治的重症肺炎患者50例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理干预。对比两组护理效果、生活质量。结果:观察组机械通气时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);入院72、96 h,观察组急性生理与慢性健康评分量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组简明健康量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对重症肺炎患者实施集束化护理方案可促进康复,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing cluster nursing program in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 50 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Zhijiang People′s Hospital from June 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were equally divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing care,and the observation group implemented cluster nursing intervention.The nursing effect and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 72 h and 96 h of admission,the Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation II scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the Short Form Health Survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster nursing program in patients with severe pneumonia can promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
