头型保护用调节枕联合小三角枕在早产儿头型发育中的作用观察

Observation on the role of head Protection Adjustable Pillow Combined with Small Triangular Pillow in the Development of Premature Infants'head shape

目的探究早产儿头型发育中头型保护用调节枕联合小三角枕的应用效果。方法以108例2020年1月至2022年12月医院收治的早产儿为研究对象进行临床资料回顾性分析。其中54例实施常规护理为常规组,54例常规护理基础上辅以头型保护用调节枕与小三角枕的为干预组。通过体位固定情况、头型发育情况、睡眠质量、并发症情况等观察对比,评价两组护理效果。结果干预组体位固定优良率、总畸形率、睡眠时间、不良反应发生率均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿头型发育护理中,合理应用头型保护用调节枕与小三角枕可在一定程度上提高体位固定效果,改善早产儿睡眠质量,减少头颅及耳郭畸形率,并发症发生率,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of a head protection adjustable pillow combined with a small triangular pillow in the development of premature infants'head shape.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted on 108 premature infants admitted to hospitals from January 2020 to December 2022.Among them,54 cases were treated with routine care using the routine group,while 54 cases were treated with head protection using adjustable pillows and small triangular pillows using the intervention group on the basis of routine care.Evaluate the nursing effects of the two groups through observation and comparison of body position fixation,head type development,sleep quality,and complications.Result The excellent rate of positional fixation,total deformity rate,sleep time,and incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of premature infants'head development,the reasonable application of head protection adjustable pillows and small triangular pillows can improve the fixation effect of posture to a certain extent,improve the sleep quality of premature infants,reduce the incidence of head and ear deformities,and complications.It is worth promoting and using.
