孟鲁司特钠联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效、炎性因子及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy,Inflammatory Factors and Safety Analysis of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Tongqiao Biyan Granules in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的过敏性鼻炎应用孟鲁司特钠与通窍鼻炎颗粒联合治疗效果、炎性因子与安全性分析。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月本院诊治过敏性鼻炎患者80例临床资料,依照随机数表分为两组,每一组患者各有40例。孟鲁司特钠用于对照组,研究组予以孟鲁司特钠与通窍鼻炎颗粒联合方案,分析两组临床效果、炎性因子及安全性、生活质量情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率、IL-6水平、IL-10水平、生活质量各维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎应用孟鲁司特钠与通窍鼻炎颗粒联合治疗,能有效降低炎性因子水平,具用药安全性,临床应用效果更为显著,更能有效提高患者生活质量情况。

Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors and safety of montelukast sodium combined with Tongqiao Biyan granule in allergic rhinitis.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,80 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 40 patients in each group.Montelukast sodium was used in the control group,and the study group was given a combination regimen of montelukast sodium and Tongqiao Biyan granules,to analyze the clinical effect,inflammatory factors,safety and quality of life of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective,IL-6 level,IL-10 level,and quality of life dimension scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of allergic rhinitis with montelukast sodium and Tongqiao Biyan Granules can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with medication safety,and the clinical application effect is more significant.
