“温阳行气通腑方”穴位贴敷治疗腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后局部“寒证”粘连性肠梗阻的临床对照研究

The Clinical Research of Applying“Wenyang Xingqi Tongfu Prescription”Acupoint application therapy to Treat Abdominal and Pelvic Malignant Tumor Patients with Postoperative and Local“Cold Syndrome”Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的评价“温阳行气通腑方”穴位贴敷治疗腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后粘连性肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法将68例腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后粘连性肠梗阻的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组患者应用常规西医治疗的同时加用“温阳行气通腑方”穴位贴敷,对照组患者单纯应用西医常规治疗,对两组疗效进行统计。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组与对照组肠道功能中排气次数、排便次数、胃液引流量/呕吐量恢复情况比较均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗组与对照组腹胀、腹部发凉、腹痛、恶心欲吐、排气排便减少积分比较均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论“温阳行气通腑方”贴敷联合西医常规治疗的疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,可明显改善患者肠梗阻症状、体征及立位腹平片情况,加快肠道功能恢复,且无明显不良反应,可减轻患者痛苦,缩短病程,可以作为临床治疗腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后粘连性肠梗阻的有效治疗方法之一。

Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic effect of“Wenyang Xingqi Tongfu prescription”acupoint application in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal and pelvic malignant tumor operation.Method The 68 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal and pelvic malignant tumor operation are divided into the treatment group or control group.Western medicine and“Wenyang Xingqi Tongfu prescription”are applied to the treatment group.The control group only received routine Western medicine treatment.Calculate the efficacy of two groups.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of the number of gases,the frequency of bowel movements,and the amount of gastric drainage/vomiting in the treatment group and the control group were all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The points of abdominal distension,abdominal coldness,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,and exhaust and bowel movement reduction points in the treatment group and the control group were P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of external application of the“Wenyang Xingqi Tongfu prescription“and conventional Western medicine treatment is more effective than simple conventional Western medicine treatment.It can significantly improve the symptoms,signs,and standing abdominal plain film of patients with intestinal obstruction,accelerate the recovery of intestinal function,and have no obvious adverse reactions.It can alleviate patient pain and shorten the course of disease.It can be one of the effective treatment methods for postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction of abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors in clinical practice.
