快速康复护理对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后患者睡眠质量的影响观察

Observation on the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients after Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Resection

目的观察并分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后应用快速康复护理对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法本次研究中以72例卵巢囊肿患者为对象,所有患者均于2021年10月至2023年2月在我院接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗,采用随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组分别有36例患者。在护理方式方面,将常规护理应用于对照组患者,将快速康复护理应用于观察组患者,分别在干预前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估患者的睡眠质量,记录两组术后恢复指标(术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间),统计两组并发症,调查患者对护理工作的满意度,统计学比较两组结果。结果在术后恢复指标方面,与对照组相比较,观察组各时间均更短(P<0.05);在PSQI评分方面,干预前,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),干预后,观察组PSQI评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);在并发症方面,观察组(5.56%)较对照组(25.00%)低(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度(97.22%)较对照组(77.78%)高(P<0.001)。结论卵巢囊肿患者实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗的围手术期应用快速康复护理干预,可有效促进患者术后恢复,并且能改善患者的睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To observe and analyze the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients'sleep quality after laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Method In this study,72 patients with ovarian cysts were selected as the subjects.All patients underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection in our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 patients in each group.In terms of nursing methods,routine care was applied to the control group patients,and rapid recovery care was applied to the observation group patients before and after intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients.Two sets of postoperative recovery indicators(postoperative first exhaust time,postoperative first bowel movement time,the first time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time)were recorded,and complications were counted.The satisfaction of patients with nursing work was investigated,and the results of the two groups were compared statistically.Results In terms of postoperative recovery indicators,compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter time periods(P<0.05).In terms of PSQI score,before intervention,compared with the two groups(P>0.05),after intervention,the observation group had a lower score(P<0.05).In terms of complications,the observation group(5.56%)was lower than the control group(25.00%)(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.22%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.001).Conclusion During the perioperative period of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection for patients with ovarian cysts,the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote postoperative recovery,improve sleep quality,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
