责任制护理模式在心力衰竭合并肿瘤患者护理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Responsibility Nursing Model in the Nursing of Patients with Heart Failure and Tumor

目的分析心力衰竭合并肿瘤患者采取责任制护理模式的应用价值。方法从本院2020年2月至2021年2月诊治的心力衰竭合并肿瘤患者当中随机抽取58例作为本次研究对象,根据护理方式的不同对全部患者进行分组,将常规护理干预应用于对照组,例数为29例,将责任制护理干预模式应用于观察组,例数为29例。对比两组患者护理质量评分情况、护理前后心功能相关指标改善情况、护理前后生活质量评分情况以及护理满意度情况。结果将两组患者护理质量评分进行对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后比较两组心功能指标,两组患者均得到改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);将两组患者生活质量评分进行对比,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(95.55%vs.72.41%,P<0.05)。结论责任制护理模式应用于心力衰竭合并肿瘤患者的护理过程中效果理想,对于优化临床护理服务质量,促进患者心功能恢复以及提高患者生活质量及满意度等具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the application value of responsibility nursing mode in patients with heart failure and tumor.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,58 patients with heart failure complicated with tumor were randomly selected as the research object.According to the difference of nursing methods,all patients were divided into two groups.The routine nursing intervention was applied to the control group(29 cases),and the responsibility nursing intervention model was applied to the observation group(29 cases).The scores of nursing quality,the improvement of cardiac function related indexes before and after nursing,the scores of life quality before and after nursing,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.55%vs.72.41%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the responsibility based nursing model in the nursing process of patients with psychological failure combined with tumors has an ideal effect.It plays an important role in optimizing the quality of clinical nursing services,promoting the recovery of patients'heart function,and improving patients'quality of life and satisfaction.
