摘要
目的探究护理质量管理对院感控制率及护患纠纷率的影响。方法以2021年3月至2022年12月于本院接受治疗的80例住院患者为研究对象,根据其入院时间分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),分别实施常规护理管理与护理质量管理,对比两组护理质量、院内感染发生率、护患纠纷率及护理满意率。结果观察组基础护理、病区护理、控制院感等各维度护理质量评分均高于对照组,院内感染总发生率和护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理可显著改善临床护理质量,减少院内感染与护患纠纷事件,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing quality management on the rate of hospital infection control and nurse-patient dispute.Methods Eighty inpatients who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to their admission time,routine nursing management and nursing quality management were implemented respectively.The nursing quality,incidence of nosocomial infection,nurse-patient dispute rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of basic nursing,ward nursing,control of hospital infection and other dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of nosocomial infection and nurse-patient disputes were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing quality management can significantly improve clinical nursing quality,reduce hospital infection and nurse-patient disputes,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
