摘要
了解临床护士工作投入、抗逆力与组织支持感现状,研究3个因素之间的相关性,为提高临床护士的工作投入提供指导。结果显示,临床护士工作投入、抗逆力与组织支持感处于中等偏上水平,但仍然需要进一步提升。组织支持感在抗逆力与工作投入之间起部分中介作用,建议护理管理者应注重提升护士的抗逆力及组织支持感水平,挖掘护士自身潜能,提高护士的工作投入,进而提升护理服务质量。
This paper aims to make certain the current status of clinical nurses's work engagement,resilience and perceived organizational support,and to explore the correlation between the three factors,so as to provide guidance for improving the clinical nurses's work engagement.The results showed that the work engagement,resilience and perceived organizational support of clinical nurses were at a slightly above-average level,but still needed to be further improved.The perceived organizational support plays a partial mediating role between resilience and work engagement.It is suggested that nursing managers should pay attention to improving nurses'resilience and the perceived organizational support,tap their own potential,improve nurses'work engagement,and then improve the quality of nursing services.
