摘要
目的构建肿瘤护理学课程思政教学方案与实施范式,并探讨其实践效果。方法选取某医学院2018、2019级四年制护理专业三年级学生作为研究对象,分为对照组(2018级)和实验组(2019级)。对照组实施传统教学模式,实验组按照课程思政教学方案进行教学。比较两组学习成绩、课堂评价,分析实验组授课前后防癌健康素养变化。结果实验组平时成绩和课程综合成绩均高于对照组,教学后癌症信息接触、癌症知晓状况、行为评价维度得分均高于教学前。结论在肿瘤护理学教学中融入课程思政,能够提高学生成绩,培养学生专业素养与责任感。
Objective To construct the Ideological&Political edusation teaching program and implementation paradigm of oncology nursing course,and explore its practical effect.Methods Grade 3 nursing students from a certain medical college in 2018 and 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group(enrolled in eduction 2018)and an experimental group(enrolled in eduction 2019).The control group implemented traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group taught according to the course Ideological&Political eductaion teaching plan.The study results and classroom evaluation of the two groups were compared,and the changes of cancer prevention health literacy in the experimental group before and after teaching were analyzed.Results The experimental group had higher scores in both daily and comprehensive course performance than the control group.After teaching,the scores in cancer information exposure,cancer awareness,and behavioral evaluation dimensions were higher than before.Conclusion Integrating Ideological&Political education into the teaching of oncology nursing can improve students′achievements and cultivate their professional quality and sense of responsibility.
