摘要
目的在医学留学生分子生物学实验课上进行多方位思想教育,全面提升留学生的医学职业素养。方法构建以案例为核心,融合多种教学模式,兼顾课前、课中、课后3阶段的多维立体教学体系,探索提高留学生医学素养的有效模式。结果该模式显著提升了留学生在医学整体观、科学严谨性、职业素养、医学生的责任与担当等方面的认知水平。结论将专业知识融入医预并重的生命医学整体观,加强严谨求实的科学精神及医学素养培养,有效拓展了留学生思想教育的广度和深度,为培养具有国际竞争力的医学复合型人才奠定基础。
Objective To provide comprehensive ideological education and enhance the medical professional ethics of medical international students in the molecular biology experimental course.Methods A multidimensional teaching system was constructed,integrating various teaching modes and incorporating case studies.The teaching system covered three stages of pre-class,in-class and post-class,so as to explore the effective mode of improving international students′medical ethics.Results This model significantly improves the cognitive level of international students in terms of overall view of medicine,scientific rigor,professional quality,and responsibility and responsibility of medical students.Conclusion By integrating professional knowledge into the overall view of biomedical sciences,which is equally important for treatment and prevention,and by fostering a rigorous and practical scientific spirit and medical professional ethics,it effectively expands the breadth and depth of ideological education of international students,and lays a foundation for cultivating medical compound personnel with international competitiveness.
