口腔医学科研人员科研诚信认知现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Cognition of Scientific Research Integrity of Oral Medicine Researchers

目的探讨医院在科研诚信主体责任落实上的改进措施,为防范科研诚信问题提供建议和数据支持。方法采用问卷调查法对164位口腔医院科研人员进行调查,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果不同年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、项目主持与论文发表情况的科研人员科研诚信认知水平存在显著性差异。“个人因素”“课题、论文与职称晋升、业绩考核等挂钩”“缺乏系统性科研诚信教育、科研诚信标准不清”是导致科研诚信问题的3个主要原因。结论科研机构应加强科研诚信教育,健全医学科研人员科研诚信管理体系,完善学术评价机制,引导医学科研人员形成正确的科研价值取向。

Objective To explore improvement measures for hospitals in implementing the main responsibility of scientific research integrity,and to provide suggestions and data support for preventing scientific research integrity issues.Methods A questionnaire s-urvey was conducted on 164 oral hospital researchers,and the data was statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the level of scientific research integrity awareness among researchers in different of age,educational background,professional title,work experience,project leader,and paper publication status.The three main reasons for the failure of scientific research integrity are the lack of systematic scientific integrity education and unclear standards of scientific integrity,which are linked to topics,papers,promotion of professional titles,and performance evaluations.Conclusion Scientific research institutions should strengt-hen scientific integrity education and improve the scientific research integrity management system for medical researchers,improve academic evaluation mechanisms,and guide them to form the correct scientific research value orientation.
