摘要
应用三因素三水平的正交试验法,分析试验温度、试验时间、空隙率对AC-20型沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度、流值的影响水平。结果表明试验温度对沥青混合料稳定度有显著影响,其次是空隙率和试验时间;试验温度、试验时间和空隙率对流值影响程度一致。用马歇尔模数表征AC-20型沥青混合料高温抗变形能力,最佳组合是水浴温度60℃+水浴时间0.5 h+空隙率1.2%。
The influence of test temperature,test time and void fraction on Marshall stability and flow value of AC-20 asphalt mixture is analyzed by orthogonal test method of three factors and three levels.The results show that the test temperature has a significant effect on the Marshall stability of asphalt mixture,followed by void fraction and test time.The influence of test temperature,test time and void fraction of flow value is consistent.Marshall modulus is used to characterize the high temperature deformation resistance of AC-20 asphalt mixture.The optimum combination is that water bath temperature is 60℃,water bath time is 0.5 h,void ratio is 1.2%.
