隧道洞渣花岗岩在沥青面层中应用探讨

摘要 为了验证龙眠山隧道洞渣花岗岩在沥青面层应用的可行性,选择胺类、硅烷偶联剂和消石灰三种抗剥落,通过浸水马歇尔和冻融劈裂试验确定它们的最佳掺量,并用间接拉伸疲劳试验对比了石灰岩和花岗岩AC-25C沥青混合料的耐久性,试验结果表明胺类液体抗剥落剂在最佳掺量0.35%时提升花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳性能最优,花岗岩沥青混合料的耐久性基本与石灰岩一致,可以应用到沥青中下面层。 In order to verify the feasibility of Longmianshan tunnel slag granite application in asphalt surface rock,three anti-spalling agents,amine,silane coupling agent and slaked lime,were selected,and their optimal blending was determined by immersion Marshall and freeze-thaw splitting tests.The durability of limestone and granite AC-25C asphalt mixtures was compared by indirect tensile fatigue test.The test results show that amine liquid anti-stripping agent can improve the water stability of granite asphalt mixture when the optimal dosage is 0.35%.The durability of granite asphalt mixture is basically consistent with that of limestone,and it can be applied to the lower layer of asphalt.
