改扩建高速公路交通安全管控系统设计方案

摘要 提出一套改扩建高速公路交通安全管控系统设计方案。结合京台高速公路德州(鲁冀界)至齐河段改扩建工程交通安全管控系统建设案例,分析了高速公路交管部门在视频监控、智能卡口、违法抓拍查处、诱导警示信息发布和恶劣天气管控等方面的基本需求,结合改扩建工程实际情况,详细阐述了交通安全管控系统前端设施、设备供电、数据图像传输、数据共享和现有平台接入等设计要点。 This article proposes a design scheme of traffic safety control system for reconstruction and extension of highways.Based on the construction case of traffic safety control system in the reconstruction and extension project of Dezhou(Shandong Hebei border)-Qihe section of G3 Beijing-Taipei Expressway,the author analyzes the basic needs of the highway traffic management department in terms of video monitoring,smart checkpoints,illegal capture and handling,guidance warning information release,and severe weather control.Then based on the actual situation of the reconstruction and extension project,the author elaborates on the design points of the front-end facilities,equipment power supply,data image transmission,data sharing,and existing platform access of the traffic safety control system in detail.
