北京中心城区与门头沟新城连通路网规划方案交通量预测分析与实施建议 被引量:1

摘要 为服务大城市与周边新城间交通出行,合理安排路网建设时序,以北京中心城区与门头沟新城间路网为例,首先对区域经济社会发展、交通基础设施、路网运行状况等情况进行了梳理总结,找出了现状交通供需特征和连通路网体系存在问题;再结合区域发展规划及国土空间规划,借助交通预测模型,对未来特征年两地间交通出行需求、路网供给能力和道路运行水平进行了综合分析评价;最后提出了北京中心城区与门头沟新城间规划连通路网的建设时序,并就区域内路网体系及公共交通发展提出了实施建议.测算结果表明,研究提出的建设时序和实施建议能有效缓解区域间道路交通压力,服务带动区域高质量发展. In order to serve the transportation between large cities and surrounding new cities,and reasonably arrange the construction timing of the road network,taking the road network between the central urban area of Beijing and Mentougou New City as an example,this paper reviews and summarizes the regional economic and social development,transportation infrastructure,and operation status of the road network,and then identified the current traffic supply and demand characteristics and the problems in the connected road network system.Combined with regional development planning and land and spatial planning,with the help of traffic prediction model,this research analyzed and evaluated the traffic travel demand,road network supply capacity and road operation level between the two places in the future characteristic year.Finally,the construction sequence of the planned connecting road network between the central urban area of Beijing and Mentougou New City is proposed,and the implementation suggestions for the development of the road network system and public transportation in the region are put forward.The calculation results show that the construction timing and implementation suggestions proposed in the study can effectively alleviate the pressure of interregional road traffic and promote the high-quality development of the region.
