Practice and Enlightenment on German Professional Libraries in Helping Open Science Movement

文章选取6家德国专业图书馆为调查对象,采用网络调研、资料分析等方法,从提高人们对开放科学的认识、支持开放科学发展、扩大开放科学影响力三方面调研分析德国专业图书馆助力开放科学运动的实践内容和可资借鉴的经验,并提出对我国专业图书馆助力开放科学运动的启示,即加强开放科学素养培训,促进学术思维转变;立足科研生命周期理论,打造一站式开放科学服务;推动科研产业协同发展,建立全方位合作支持。

This article uses online research and data analysis to select six German professional libraries as the survey subjects.It summarizes and analyzes the practice contents and lessons learned taken by German professional libraries in supporting the open science movement from three aspects:improving understanding of open science,supporting the development of open science,and expanding the influence of open science.This paper points out the strategies of professional libraries in China in helping open science movement:Strengthen open science literacy training,and promote the transformation of academic thinking;Create one-stop open scientific services based on the theory of scientific research life cycle;Promote the coordinated development of the scientific research industry,establish all-round cooperation support.
