中国儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染诊疗及预防指南计划书

China′s national guideline for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of respiratory syncytial virus infection in children:a protocol

为进一步规范我国儿童呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)感染的临床诊疗决策及提升防控水平,亟需构建基于临床循证的诊疗及预防指南,以科学指导儿童RSV的诊疗工作,促进儿童RSV防控策略制定。《中国儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染诊疗及预防指南》计划书的撰写参考了《世界卫生组织指南制订手册》,并遵照循证指南制订流程。本指南计划书主要介绍《中国儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染诊疗及预防指南》的意义、目的、目标人群、使用人群、指南制订组成员、临床问题和结局指标的收集与确定、证据的获取、评价和综合,以及推荐意见的产生等指南制订方法和过程。

To further standardize the clinical decision-making and improve the prevention and control of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infection in Chinese children,it is critical to develop an evidence-based,clinical guideline for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of RSV.This national guideline aims to provide scientific guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of RSV in children and advocate effective prevention and control strategies.The development of the"China′s national guideline for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of respiratory syncytial viral infection in children:a protocol"follows the"World Health Organization Guidelines Development Manual"and relevant standard process of developing evidence-based guidelines.The protocol for this guideline outlines the significance,purpose,target population,and end users;it also includes the guideline development team,clinical issues addressed in the guideline,interventions,and outcome measures.Other standard components of a guideline,such as quality appraisal and data analysis methods,are introduced in this document.
