Investigation and Analysis on Continuing Education of Archivists in Taiwan Province and Its Enlightenment

本研究对我国台湾地区档案人员的继续教育进行调查,利用问卷调查法与深度访谈法,从档案人员角度分析其参加档案继续教育的态度与需求,分析档案人员参加继续教育的影响因素,以此提出促进档案人员参加继续教育的对策为:建立外部激励机制、教学资源分层分群、结合线上线下教育,以期为档案人员继续教育提供一定的参考。

This study intends to investigate the continuing education in Taiwan Province.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,it analyzes the attitude and needs of archivists to participate in continuing education from the perspective of archivists,and points out the influencing factors of archivists' participation in continuing education.It puts forward the countermeasures to promote archivists' participation in continuing education:establishing external incentive mechanism;building teaching resources of different levels and groups;combining online and offline education,to provide enlightenment for the mainland.
