国际供应链领域人工智能研究热点及趋势——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱可视化分析

摘要 运用文献计量软件CiteSpace对1999-2020年Web of Science(WOS)数据库核心合集中收录的1478篇供应链领域人工智能文献进行知识图谱可视化分析,探索其研究概况、热点及趋势。研究发现,该领域学术研究正处于快速发展阶段,研究学者众多,合作关系密切,且中国学者贡献显著;人工智能技术在供应链管理中的应用和人工智能赋能供应链管理的技术机理为热点主题;人工智能与其他新兴数字技术的融合以及人工智能对绿色供应链和供应链韧性的影响为未来趋势。 In this paper,using the bibliometric software CiteSpace,we had a knowledge graph based visual analysis of the 1478 articles on supply chain artificial intelligence sourced from the core library of the Web of Science(WOS)database for the 1999-to-2020 period,and explored the general situation,hot spots and trends of this field.The study found that this academic research field is in the stage of rapid development,with many contributing and closely cooperating researchers,a significant portion of which are Chinese scholars;the application of the artificial intelligence technology in supply chain management and the technical mechanism of artificial intelligence enabled supply chain management are current hot topics;and the integration of artificial intelligence and other emerging digital technologies and the impact of artificial intelligence on green supply chains and supply chain resilience are prominent future trends.
