基于因子分析法的上市物流企业创新能力探究

Research on Innovation Capability of Listed Logistics Companies Based on Factor Analysis

选取我国上市物流公司2021年有关创新的一系列指标,从创新投入、创新经济效应、创新可持续发展、创新人才基础四个维度,应用因子分析法对物流企业的创新能力进行评估分析,探究物流行业创新能力发展状况,最后提出相关建议。

By selecting a series of indicators related to innovation of listed logistics companies in China for the year of 2021,we evaluated and analyzed the innovation capability of these logistics enterprises using factor analysis method from four dimensions,namely innovation input,innovation economic effect,innovation sustainable development and innovation talent base.Then,we explored the development status of the innovation capability of the logistics industry,and put forward the relevant recommendations.
