基于线上线下混合教学的KPIL-Spark平台课教学模式探讨——以“运营与供应链管理”课程为例

摘要 通过问卷调研了解“运营与供应链管理”课程线上线下混合式教学的开展情况及其存在问题,探究基于线上线下混合教学的KPIL-Spark平台课教学模式改进举措,包括:从知识体系-课程思政-分层培养-案例教学等方面完善课程教学体系,增强理论与实践教学资源的整体化架构,推进学习/考核多元化与全过程化,并尝试实施弹性化教学组织、促进知识阐述碎片化和知识体系一体化架构,最终实现课程教学质量的有效提升。 In this paper,through questionnaire survey,we examined the development status of the online and offline hybrid teaching of the"Operation and Supply Chain Management"course and the existing problems,and looked into the concrete measures to improve the KPIL-Spark platform course online and offline hybrid teaching practice,including improving the course teaching system from the aspects of knowledge system,course-embedded ideological and political education,layered training,and case teaching,etc.,enhancing the overall structure of the theoretical and practical teaching resources,promoting diversified and whole-process learning/assessment,implementing flexible teaching organization,and advocating fragmented knowledge elaboration and integrated knowledge structure,so as to finally realize the effective improvement of the teaching quality of the course.
