基于认知心理的老年人自助收银界面设计优化研究

摘要 为解决老年人在超市购物中自助收银界面复杂带来的认知影响和认知出错等问题,对自助收银设备的交互界面进行优化设计。通过访问和观察老年人的使用行为模式进行实验和相关数据采集,基于老年人的认知心理机制和操作行为从界面元素易识别和界面结构易操作两个方面进行界面适老化设计。提出符合老年用户认知心理的自助收银界面优化设计策略,提高老年人与公共自助服务终端的交互效率。 In order to solve the cognitive impact and cognitive errors caused by the complex interface design of self-service cash register for the elderly in supermarket shopping,the interactive interface of self-service cash register was optimized.To conduct experiments and collect relevant data by visiting and observing the use behavior patterns of the elderly,based on the cognitive psychological mechanism and operation behavior of the elderly,the agingadapted interface design was carried out from two aspects:easy to identify interface elements and easy to operate interface structure.This paper puts forward an optimized design strategy of self-service checkout interface,which accords with the cognitive psychology of the elderly,and improves the interaction efficiency between the elderly and public self-service terminals.
